The guy was on time and got right to work. He diagniosed the problem and gave me a rate to fix it. I didn't end up getting the work done but he at least make it so I could get a couple more loads of laudry done before buying a new one. I would given them a five star rating but the price he quoted me was a bit high for what needed to be done. Overall it was a good experience.

they were prompt. They listened. They did a good job diagnosing the issue. It was a little expensive, but you also are paying for the ocnvenience of them coming to your home and figuring it all out for you. For example - they charge $19.99 to treat your dishwasher with this "dishwasher magic" stuff - that I later found online for $4.99 plus shipping. They don't sell water softeners, but they did advise that to avoid a repair like this in the future, we should get one. There was a tech and a tech in training - they didn't smell like smoke (hooray!) and they didn't look like convicts - just regular guys and that was very appreciated.
