James was responsive and easy to deal with. Service charge for call out was reasonable but the additional $85 labor charge for diagnositic and repair seemed excessive for the work performed.

The repair man found a problem I would have never seen if I tried to fix it myself. He had seen the problem on other Maytag washers. He caulked he leak area and the washer no longer leaks water.

I had just finished writing my problem online when I received a call from DAK. He was curtious and gave me an estimate and a time when he would arrive the next morning. I was surprised that he charged no more for Saturday than a weekday. When he couldn't make it at the appointed time he promptly called and said when he would be here. He then showed up at that time, got right to business. Finished the job in less time than estimated and the bill was less than the estimate. Repair job was done successfully. I had a friend staying over and she recognized the repairman as the same one who had just finished a great repair job on her furnace.
