They came out the same day I called; actually, it was within two hours. Per the information I gave A1 on the phone the made the diagnose was the heater for the defrost unit went bad. They made a couple checks and found the board went bad. They didn’t have the board on the truck. They were back the next day before noon and installed the new board.
