They were the first to respond to my request on service magic website, regarding out LG washer making a lot of noise and vibration. They were very nice but could not provide an estimate over the phone. However, the repair man came out that day. He could not figure out what was wrong with our washer, and said the noise is loud but he didn't think anything was particularly wrong. He did fix the legs under the washer, by screwing them in tighter, and charged us $160. The machine still makes the same noise and vibration but I just stopped paying attention to it.
