Our 20 year-old GE refrigerator began to form a thin layer of ice on the bottom shelf. The ice melted and dripped out the bottom of the refrigerator. We checked the settings and vacuumed the coils. It happened again. Fleet Appliance was called. The technician removed the interior panel in the freezer, snaked the line, and applied aluminum tape to a potentially rusting drip pan. The refrigerator has been working well since this service was done. The technician was polite and straightforward. The cost was reasonable and discounted with a $10 coupon. We feel that we received value for our money and have bought some time to research refrigerators

Communications were prompt and clear. Appointment was scheduled within minutes of finding Fleet online. Service Technician was extremely polite and helpful. Cost was well above average (i'd researched parts costs before he arrived) - but I got what I paid for. Appliance parts are only guaranteed for 30-90 days. Will have back again.
