Victor was curtious, professional, expert, and a general pleasure with whom to work. He also provided unsolicited tips on how to properly maintain appliances. I shall use him again in the future. What a difference from a company like A&E Factory Service. They were awful. Victor was a pleasure and unlike A&E, he actually repaired my appliance and helped with other issues with a reasonable charge. Thank you, Victor of Vin-tech.

Victor was very dilligent and helpful. He researched information about our particular model of oven to see if there was a means of repair that was less expensive and was able to locate a replacement control board immediately (others had estimated a 60-day back order). I was very happy with the service level!
