The serviceman came on time performed the service. We had the same problem after he made the repair. We called him again and he came out free of charge, turned out it was a different problem than the original one he fixed. He was fair and explained things well.

Mike was very professioanl as was his staff on the phone. He was able to get to the job quckly He was upfront about what he thought was wrong with my refrigerator. Charged what was quoted on the phone plus the part(which he had in his van). i will be using Mike for any additional jobs as they come up.
