I received a phone call almost immediately from Edgar after submitting my request. As time was important to us, I appreciated this. Within an hour, he had someone at my house, who knew what the problem was and repaired the appliance quickly. Edgar told me clearly what the fee would be for coming out, and because of our situation, the cost was worthwhile. Since I didn't do any comparison shopping, I don't know if our repair was priced high, low, or just average. But in this instance, the experience was a very positive one.
