Although the gentleman was later than originally scheduled, he did call beforehand and let me know that he was going to be later than planned.
Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven and gave me an estimate for the repair. I authorized the repair and luckily he had the parts in his truck and was able to complete the repair immediately.
I would use Expert Appliance Service again.

Anthony knows clothes washers! He repaired a serious leak (cracked pump) in a very short time. Had the needed part on his truck. Diagonosed the problem in a matter of minutes and proceeded to have the repairs completed in less than one hour. Further, he gave same day response and arrived on time as promised. I am very pleased with his expertise and the price was reasonable. Yes, I will certainly call him when needed in the future.
