Brads Home Care & Repair

Clean and Inspect a Chimney or Fireplace in 84015

Brad was helpful and friendly, and did a great job for a reasonable price. He was on time, answered all of my questions, and did the job quickly with no mess left behind. When he left he said he was going to follow up with me on the cost of an additional item, and I haven't heard from him, but we decided not to buy it anyway so it isn't a big deal. I appreciate the work he did and that the price was fair. :)

Brads Home Care & Repair

Hire a Handyman in 84414

I hired Brad to fix several things of which all were accomplished to my satisfaction except one. I needed the front door adjusted to fit the frame better as light could be seen around the jams and cold air was an issue. It was installed improperly when first built. Weather stripping didn't help completely. His solutiions were to install wood strips around the top and latch side of the door jam; plus experiment with various siizes of weather stripping. He kept having to remove and reinstall the wood strips as the thiickness affected door closure. The deadbolt has been affected as a result and I have to really pull on the door to open it
