He came when he said he would, he hooked up my washer by attaching the gasket that I had just bought at Home Depot and made sure it was no longer leaking. He did not charge me for anything. He recommended reconfiguring the drain pipes but I don't think this is necessary. He helped me with an immediate problem so that was great.
