I asked them to remove a heavy window air-conditioning unit from its window and transport it to the basement.
They came on time.
They called one hour before they came, as promised.
They discovered the unit had been screwed in the window frame by the installers, as was not expected. They had to cut the side panels. They explained what they were doing. They worked at at brisk pace.

The service was excellent! He was courteous, covered his feet (very important, I have white carpet in my entryway), and his price was reasonable. He also completed two other small jobs that I had been putting off. I will have him come back soon to take care of some delayed projects that I have.
