Tyrone was great. He went to Lowe's to find a missing part from our new Lowe's "demo" dishwasher. It was a frustrating experience for all of us but Tyrone was calm and cool. Only reason not 5 star was he pulled the old machine out before we knew if we'd find the part and it didn't work afterwards. When we decided to return the demo to Lowe's he tried to help us find a replacement dishwasher. He picked it up, delivered and installed it and hauled our old one away for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend him. He's a good guy.

They called me back right away and came when they said they would. The installation of my washer and dryer were not typical but they did a great job and had everything they needed when they showed up. Overall a great job.
