Thorough and knowledgeable. Paul tried to fix the problem over the phone at no cost to me. He discovered the source of the problems right away when he got to my home. I get more channels now than ever before- with great reception. Reasonable priced. Great follow up and customer service.
Only down side- Paul missed our first appt. He called the following day to reschedule.
