He was quick and efficient for the initial install. However, when there was some trouble with the television the following week, we were unable to contact Mr. Avilas for questions regarding the antenna. We attempted to reach him both via email and voice mail, left messages and NEVER heard from him again. He got his money and was done. Very POOR follow-up. Extremely disappointed.
