They handled their work seriously and professionally. Listened to my request answered my questions satisfactorily and also handled all my request. Very clean and professional antenna installation and cleanup of the eyesore of multitudes of black wires left on my white house by prior dish installs. I’m VERY happy with the service I received from the folks at Alliance Satellite. They could have just sold me an antenna that I really didn’t need and rushed off to another service call. Instead Daniel and Jennifer took the time to hear me, treating my TV signal reception problem like it was their problem too. They made the time to show me that signal strength is NOT the issue so that I’d be equipped with that information when I get the TV technician to look at my TV. Alliance Satellite is on my "keeper" list and I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants honest, competent, friendly and professional service.
