I had lost Channel 12 and asked them to try to restore it. They installed a new Balun and a roter I bought. I didn't get channel 12 but I now can get Channel 52 , a New Jersey PBS.

The two men who installed an external HD antenna on the roof for our flat screen digital TV worked extremely efficiently, cleanly and effectively. We'd hoped to be able to receive the basic channels, but actually have access to 47! We were given a thorough explanation of the process, and helpful suggestions about future needs and how to proceed. One complaint:They rang just one day in advance and asked to schedule the visit for noon on Mother's Day, a very inconvenient time. They agreed to postpone it until 2pm that day, but then didn't arrive until 4:50pm. Even so, we would still happily employ them again and recommend them to others.
