Richard Seay Home & Estate, Inc.

Install or Replace an Aluminum or Steel Fence in 23112

We are extremely pleased with Home and Estate, Inc. We received a timely estimate for the work and Richard Seay stayed within the budget. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and completed the work in less than three days. He is knowledgeable, industrious and RELIABLE!! We plan to use Home and Estate for other home projects. Without qualification or reservation, we heartily recommend Richard Seay. He is TOP NOTCH!

Accent Fence, Inc.

Install a Wood Fence in 23233

I had largely pleasant dealings with this BBB member. There were some small construction details I would have liked to see tended to -- reburying the exposed cable line on both sides of the fence and pulling out some nails in old adjacent fencing rather than simply bending them down -- but overall the work appears solid.
