My initial contact and estimate experience was the main reason for the high rating. Willie was professional, personable, and came up with a reasonable estimate to get the job done. I said I needed to coordinate with my neighbor since part of the fence would be torn down and it was his responsiblity to call Miss Utility. The next contact I had was from the sub. He was on his way. The yard had not been marked (Miss Utility had not been called) and I had no time to contact the neighbor. The work is now done. I am happy with the result, but not the process.

I am very pleased with the quality and the installation of my fence. Everything was done as was told to me with the exception of a mix up on the installation date, however, when the installers came, they were very professional and installation went very well and in a timely manner.
