Tried a few years ago to find a First Alert company fix alarm with no results, so gave up. Decided to try again and found DDS. Jerry was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us through the process to get the alarm up and running again. Price was reasonable and would use again.

I called several companies that day and tried to get my alarm panel programming within couple of hours. All others quoted with high fees and days of lead time. Talked to Scott over the phone and quoted me very reasonable rate and he was also able to route his staff (Eric) to my place to get the job done within a hour! I was very happy with the result and very impressed by the knowledge and skills that Eric has. I will definitely use this company again if needed.
