Repair an Alarm or Security System in 20708
I was refered to this company by Service Magic to assist me with my problem. Mr. John Benson called me immediately to set up an appointment. I told him what the problem was and he told me what to do so that I would not have to spend money unnecessarily on him or any other contractor. I met Fred. I was under the impression that it was a bad baylun. Fred said it was the camera. After working for 2 hours, Fred tested the ports, and it was one of the ports was supposed to be bad. The first night, the camera did not have a picture, because the light? inside the camera was not turned on. I appreciate Fred answering his phone when we call, so I called him to tell him that the camera was not working properly he said to call him after 10am, I did. Fred came the next day and turned on the inside switch? and the beautiful picture was on again. We learned something that day, and that is to check the ports first.
