He called right at the time of the appt to say he was running a bit late, and I appreciated the call. Upon arriving, he asked if I wanted to fill out the paperwork first or at the end; I opted to do that first, to make sure we were in agreement as to the work that was being done. He was very courteous and the work was done very professionally. I was using existing equipment in my home, and one of the pieces was not working correctly. He took extra time to re-do some of the settings to make sure that piece was functioning correctly, even though that made his stay much longer than he had planned. I never felt pushed to buy more than I wanted.
