Repair an Alarm or Security System in 30004
I purchased a home with an existing alarm system that is no longer being monitored. When one of the entry way zones started malfunctioning, I didn't know who to call.
Protection Concepts came out and without hassling me to sign-up for their monitoring service, agreed to repair the zone for a service fee. The service person was courteous and well mannered but was unable to repair the problem and finally gave up trying after two visits over 3 days to my home. He did however turn off the sirens.

We had the opportunity to work with Brandon and he was great. Lightening struck our security system cameras and we had to have them replaced. The new cameras were installed quickly and he stayed until he showed us the new program and answered all our questions. He also called the next day to make sure that everything was working and to see if we had any additional questions. Great company and I would highly recommend them to others.
