We have a small specialty contracting business in MD. The DVR on our security system went out during a rainstorm and needed to be repaired ASAP. FBA came the next day, ordered the part, and the system is working better than it ever has. We are considering changing the monitoring and other security services to FBA - Thank you Helal and Avi !

I met Fred. I was under the impression that it was a bad baylun. Fred said it was the camera. After working for 2 hours, Fred tested the ports, and it was one of the ports was supposed to be bad. The first night, the camera did not have a picture, because the light? inside the camera was not turned on. I appreciate Fred answering his phone when we call, so I called him to tell him that the camera was not working properly he said to call him after 10am, I did. Fred came the next day and turned on the inside switch? and the beautiful picture was on again. We learned something that day, and that is to check the ports first.
