Would you recommend E2 Smart Security to a friend or colleague? The reason I stated No because I just entered into a business relationship with them. Consequently I prefer to work with them over an extended period of time before I would recommend any business to a friend or colleague...that's how you keep your friends and colleagues.
I gave them an overall rating of 3 stars because spinning up to establish myself as a customer with them didn't go a smoothly as I would've liked but I hired them anyway. I hired them because they were very sincere and creditable about there knowledge in the area of Home Security.

They were very professional. They helped me understand the current situation with our (HOA Board) lease agreement with the existing company. Unfortunately, we were not able to hire E2 at the time being because of our contractual agreements. However, their professionalims & knowledge of the industry would give me the confidence to hire them for future contracts.

Contacted me instantly- price was reasonable and it was installed within a week. We had a few questions/changes we wanted made and they responded very quickly and made the changes. Great service. The only thing I would recommend is some sort of formal even if short training on the system in addition to the manual that was provided. Although that being said, they answered every question we had in follow-up calls/visits. Highly recommend.
