From first contact to installation, they were wonderful. They actually found mistakes in our previous systems installation that another well known company installed at the time our home was built (just 3 years ago). The rep that came to our home was very low key, non pressure and did not try to upsell us on services we did not need or ask for yet he explained all the is available through Broadview (formerly Brinks). When the technician came out he was very knowledgeable of not only the install (which is his job) but also all the products the company has. The supervisor came to check and make sure we were satisfied! Great company!
