Great product and friendly sales and service. Only complaint relates to getting the access setup to the DVR - it is more complicated and involves openning ports which in some cases cannot be openned (ie at my company). But overall these guys are great.

I was quoted one price for installations of two outlets on two new circuit breakers, but was charged extra for the circuit breakers. The work was fine, but there is a questionable practice of quoting costs. I would ask for a written estimate for all parts and labor involved.
