Ernie, the installer, did a great job! He had several obstacles (logistical), but he persevered and completed the job. We could have selected a less expensive system, but chose this one, and are satisfied, thus far.I failed to mention in my service rating of Ryder Security that the sales rep., Greg Sloup, was very professional, and thorough in his presentation of our system options. Greg did not try to oversell us on extra features and expensive options. I really respected that characteristic, because in the past I've halted the sales presentation immediately when the salesperson tried to "pad the sale" to increase their commission. Greg did a great job.

I was also pleased with Surveillance & More. Surveillance & More exceeded expectations and took the extra step to make sure that I was more than satisfied with the job. Although due to other jprojects being done in my home it's taking a little longer for them to finish. Now that the other projects have been completed it's just a matter of contacting him so he can complete the job.

Kevin was very professional, both in dealing with the questions and concerns that I initially had about the kind of surveillance needed as to opposed as what was available, meaning that he did not try to persuade me into a more expensive system just for the commission but rather took his time with the business and me in asking what it was we wanted for our business. I really appreciated that. I called on a Monday and he went out of his way to accommodate us by installing on a Wednesday. He also took his time in explaining not only what we had but each function of each device. Excellent, quality work with absolutely no complaints. Thank You
