the installer was great.but the person who set up the install forgot to send the installer .and i waited all afternoon and then got the runaround then they finally got it right after i wanted to cancel my order.other than that i'ev had not one call to see if everything is fine.

We were pleased with the service overall. The installer was obviously qualified. I did call the salesman, John Lancaster, after the installation was completed with some follow-up questions about future additions to the system. He said he would get back to me in a few days. That was a few weeks ago with no response. That worries me a bit about the capability of my system to expand and whether the company is interested in doing business with me in the future now that it has made its initial sale. I have made no attempt to call ASC again.
