Excellent from the beginning. Extremely professional, customer friendly, quailty focused, cost sensitive, willing to negotiate. Subcontractors were extremely good. Stuck to schedule, sensitive to our needs, very friendly, offered good alternatives to issues, explained all work in great detail. In total, a wonderful experience. Would recommend using Resort Pointe for remodel or new construction.

John completed a 16 x12 addition,update existing bedroom to a new bathroom and built a 32 foot deck around 16 x 32 foot swimming pool. All work was done on time and to my spec. John worked with us on many changes we requested. John is a true pro. John will be my first chose when we need another contractor. Ditto towards his subcontractors.

We needed to add a 960 square foot mother-in-law's suite to our house, and JPM Contracting worked closely with us from beginning to end with each and every detail, including suggestions to improve and enhance our project throughout.
