Mark was very concerned that his initial estimate was competitive, and it was. Their work was exceptional. Mark was very concerned throughout the entire process that our expectations were met. We met twice before the job was completed to go over a list of things to be finished, so we were sure to have the job finished to our satisfaction. they were very good. they cleaned up, they were efficient (done in 3 days). their price was fair (right in the middle of 4 bids). i had a small leak from a skylight two weeks after the job and they came out right away and fixed it. he said that skylights are problematic but felt that he had taken care of the issue.
