We needed to add a 960 square foot mother-in-law's suite to our house, and JPM Contracting worked closely with us from beginning to end with each and every detail, including suggestions to improve and enhance our project throughout. Excellent from the beginning. Extremely professional, customer friendly, quailty focused, cost sensitive, willing to negotiate. Subcontractors were extremely good. Stuck to schedule, sensitive to our needs, very friendly, offered good alternatives to issues, explained all work in great detail. In total, a wonderful experience. Would recommend using Resort Pointe for remodel or new construction.
