I had never actually hired a contractor to do a project before, however have had experience doing my own projects. So, I know issues will come up. Well, just about everything that could possibly come up to add more time to the project, did come up. If the time factor had been eliminated, I would have rated the company much higher. The quality of work was very good and we are happy with the results, give or take a few loose ends. One thing for sure, Mr. Kurz is flexible, detailed, and an overall very nice person to interact with. I appreciated how he and his staff worked around all of our household items, and was very kind to our 3 dogs.

I marked poor under timeliness due to the following; the project(a small one) was supposed to be completed by Dec 24th 2004, but with delays by the electricians and then the sheet rockers,it was not completed until January 14th., a delay of 21 days. the whole project was only supposed to take 7 to 10 business days. I found their work to be exceptional and Gabe was wonderful to deal with. I would use them again, but with some type of finanacial guarntee that the job will be completed on time.
