The contractor was outstanding comparied to others I have dealt with in the past. He completed the job as scheduled and on budget, helped with recomendation as to the options and better ways to accomplish what I wanted, and took care of small items that were not part of the contract that arose with out issues. The other candidates you suggested either did not return calls or they just dropped off a rough proposal and cost, higher that the Rafferty construction cost, with out taking the time to discuss what I really wanted. Rafferty discussed the project and provided a detailed drawing of what I would get for the cost. Excellent contractor.

Rafferty construction did excellant job. Built in screened in deck with roof 12' by 20'. They were professional. Did work in a timely fashion. Went beyound what was expected. Would use them again.
