Eagle Valley Construction Inc.

Build an Addition in 85226

Had a master bedroom expanded on the second floor. Extension is supported by pillars and acts as roof for the patio below. Master Bath and guest bath were also remodeled.

Eagle Valley workers showed up on time everyday. Job completed within original time and cost estimate. Open to minor changes during the project without nickel and diming. Problems were fixed within 24 hrs. Managed the subcons very well. The cost was higher than other bids I received, but I felt this was a case of you get what you pay for.
Did have a plumbing subcon not show as scheduled which dominoed to other work but EVC recovered nicely.

Repair Carpentry Framing in 85202

Oncall was great. I was told by a home inspector a truss was loose. Tanner assured me that there wasn't a problem, he climbed into the attic and investigated the problem first hand.

thought it was kind of odd though, he didn't bring a ladder. I didn't mind letting him use mine, but what if I didn't have one?
