Outstanding! Our project was a large room addition including bath, kitchen etc. OBC completed the project on schedule and with great quality. The addition looks as though it has always been a part of our home and not just “stuck” on the side – of note since a big concern for us was matching siding and bricks that had some age. The quality of the work is top notch. They did all electrical, plumbing, etc. and made it look so easy. Also, Doug and all of his staff were friendly, polite, and genuinely concerned with our complete satisfaction. Our addition is truly a showpiece and we are more than satisfied! We recommend Doug highly for any job.

Universal Contractors contacted me promptly and provided a free estimate and a diagnosis for the problem. Their estimate was very competitive and offered a freebee to sweeten the deal. They completed the job on time and it has fixed the leak problem I was having. I would recommend Universal and would defintely hire them again if needed.
