No project is perfect and that has certainly been our experience. Costs crept up and completion dates dragged out. Having said that, we are still very satisfied customers. Among Dave O'Brien's chief assests are his design talent, his general knowledge of custruction, his work ethic, and his response to calls and concerns. He is new to the area and experienced a learning curve on filing permits and hiring sub-contractors, but on the whole the project has turned out beautifully, exceeding our expectations for a finished product.
We feel that he was very fair and honest in how he dealt with us. Recommend Highly!

Very professional, prompt finished the project when he said he would. After the job was finished they removed all used lumber and trash. The concrete slab looks wonderful. Always followed up with a phone call after each phase of the project. I would definetly use Ash Creek Construction on other projects.
