This company has chartered a new course. I had a project during the summer/fall with this company which was managed and executed by the previous management regime. It did not proceed according to expectations and created a lot of personal frustration. The company turned the corner in October with the addition of Sam Rosario to manage the operation and customer care process. I will state that Sam took personal control of the situation and ensured completion of the project to my satisfaction. Through my dealings with him, I found Sam to be a man of integrity and honesty. We recently had a new roof put on from Best Roofing & Siding. We were very pleased with everything right down to the clean up. The personality of the entire crew was awesome. They answered any and all questions with great detail. They were telling us about the product they use to put the shingles on and how it sticks etc. before they started the job. They explained everything. We got 6 estimates on our roof. We chose them because the person that came to our home was very professional and left us with a Proposal, put together so well. The proposal had everything in it. We are glad we went with this company. We would recommend them for sure.
