Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 22305

I really like the new front deck and portico for my townhouse. So do my neighbors! It's a unique design that takes into account some unusual space issues I have. It was worth having Colonial do all the legwork with the city for permits. The workers who did the demolition and those who did the rebuild were very good.
Communication with Colonial was a little slow in the beginning; they said they'd have a landscaper call me and he never has, even after some reminding, but overall, I'm so glad I've had this project done.
I picked Colonial because they're based in Arlington and are experienced with older, smaller properties.

This is a company that cares about client satisfaction! Scenic Remodeling did a wonderful job. Our fence looks terrific. And, our re-skinned deck looks brand new. The workmen couldn't have been nicer and more respectful. They did not step on one of my Spring flowers, which I really appreciated. Because Scenic Remodeling is a smallish company without a lot of overhead, their prices are very reasonable. We are having MORE work done by Scenic Remodeling - that's a sure sign of how satisfied we are with their work ethic and work products.
