Of the items rated above- communication, budget, value, courteous- the contractor was really outstanding. He was also absolutely trustworthy, reliable, straightforward, and patient. His bid price was much lower than most and he would have completed the job on budget, had we not requested changes. He was more than fair on dealing with changes.

Concerns related to timeliness were primarily due to problems with his subcontractors. Working alone, which he did much of the time, he was incredibly fast.
