We are in the middle of the project. Total Rennovations has exceeded our expectations. They come to work everyday, which was not the case of other contractors we have hired in the past. He is courteous, calls with important questions, yet handles things that do not need our input without bothering us. I will use him for future work on our house, and recommend him to others. He is highly qualified and is welcome in our house as a friend as well.

Total Renovations did an excellent job on my family room addition (shell only) . They took the project through to completion without interruption. They offered better design solutions to provide for more headroom in the basement. They were very fair in charges for any requested changes along the way. Changes required from a picky building inspector were handled quickly and professionally. The poured concrete basement floor is a little rough, but overall, these guys like what they do and it shows. They treated the project as though they were working on their own homes. I am usually a ???do-it-yourselfer???, but these guys are hard to beat. Highly recommended.
