I just bought a new house and had my carpets cleaned. I was very happy with the service. The cleaners were early, thoroughly cleaned my carpets, and were quick! However when Linda came into my home, things changed quickly. She came into my home trying to sell her own "green" cleaning products. She threw statistics at me, quizzed me and (I felt) harrassed me for using conventional, chemical based cleaning products. She went on for at least a half hour, telling me this chemicals are why everyone has cancer, etc. If i didn't feel personally attacked, I might have considered hiring this service in the future, and maybe even trying her products.

Linda called right after I submitted a request for an estimate. She was eager to help and was a pleasure to talk with. My father's apartment had just been vacated and I needed to get someone out to clean the apartment before the end of the month. Linda was able to arrange for cleaners to get out to the job the very next day. Talked with the apartment manager after the apartment had been cleaned and he told me they did a great job. I would definitely recommend L.A. Cleaning Services to other people.
