Bengker was hired to clean my white sofa. Soumen, the owner, came the same day we first spoke to provide me an estimate. His final price was only a few dollars more than the baseline cost he had provided me on the phone as reference. He came two days later, as scheduled, and completed the cleaning on the earlier side of his time estimate. He used what he called a "dry foam" method to clean my sofa, as opposed to a steam cleaning which he said was less effective. My sofa was cleaner after he left, though a tough red stain (candy) remained. Using Bengker was fast, efficient, and generally satisfying. I would hire them again in the future.

Although rescheduled once, the work -- cleaning the upholstery of a couch and chair -- otherwise was done promptly, efficiently, and well. Very pleasant to deal with. I expect to use them again.

Transport Carpets or Rugs Offsite for Cleaning in 10025

Outstanding service. (1) He was the only one who was willing to take our Ethiopian wool rug (which had moths) directly; the other individual wanted us to de-moth it ourselves in our apartment. (2) He came when he said he would, picked up the rug, moved the furniture back, and was gone with no problem. (3) He returned the rug, cleaned, and put the furniture back in place. (4) When my wife complained of the smell of the wool (untreated wool smells when wet; last time it was in a basement for 2 years) he took it back, kept it for 6 months until it was okay, brought it back, and installed it. Best service ever.
