Moon was at my house supervising the job the whole time and she put extra effort when cleaning a spot in one of my sofas. She was very accommodating when I asked her just to clean the spot and not the entire sofa. She also cleaned a sectional, not all the stains came out but it looks better than before. I understand that some fabrics are harder to treat.
The only thing I would do different next time I have my upholstery cleaned is to put some kind of protection on the floor so I don't have to clean water spots and foot prints after the job is completed.
