"This inspection was done on an apartment we rent for our child in Tuscaloosa. I called him to request the inspeciton having never hired an inspector before. He explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand way and even worked in the inspection to accomodate a quick turn-around to meet our needs. He was early to the location and did a total inspeciton both outside and inside to show the damage we were trying to document for the apt owner. Based on his report the owners did the necessary repairs and related construction within 48 hours of receiving the report. I would hire him again. Very reasonable rate and highly professional."
