"UNRELIABLE... DO NOT USE. Bill was as great as everyone has described in regards to bidding and peforming the job, and then the retests results were delivered. Bill committed to return to perform further remediation; he already provided a written 1 year guarantee that future tests would come back clean. Bill was not reachable via phone but was very responsive via email. Bill committed to returning 3 times and acted very supportive and wanting to help us finish remediating our mold issue, however 3 times he did not show and didn't call to say he wasn't going to make it. The money we paid to Bill is money in the trash."
