"A representative from the Cheney Door Company and I had agreed to a price for installation of the door that was to include insulation, hauling off old door and the sales tax. When after the installation I asked for confirmation of agreed upon price, I was quoted a different (higher) price. After a phone call to the Rep., Steve, I was told the price we agreed on would stand. Although I was disappointed with the misquote, I was pleased with the way it was resolved. I was also pleased with the tech who installed the door. He did a professional job. "
