"Aloha, I received a call within minutes of submitting the request on your website. The owner upon hearing of my lack of hot water in a new water heater offered to try to come that evening after work. He did so and installed the new timer I had purchased as the old one was non-functioning. He checked all connections on the heater and showed me the reset button and temperature setting button.
