"I was pleased with the service. Although, Mr. Appliance was very professional, I felt I was taking a chance in approving several replacement parts without much guarantee that my problem was going to be resolved completely. But, so far I am glad that I chose to replace as the frustration of my washer not working correctly has been resolved. I still have minor issues that I addressed, briefly with Mr. Appliance, but noted that these issues were ignored as he addressed my major issues only. I would have accepted suggestions on repairing the minor issues. "
