"Replace toilet. He arrived on a Saturday to offer quote, sent the quote the same day. Arranged for the job the same week, arrived on time, (height of the worst North eastern in a decade), provided cleand shoes to keep the floor clean, removed, cleaned the floor arond the toilet (40 year old toilet), installed, cleaned up all excess parts, and prepared the invoice within 1 hour. Very down to earth, honest individual. I would recommend and hire him for added work."

"He was the first to call. He honestly assessed my situation without trying to "sell" me on anything. He cleaned my gutters and restored some missing gutter guards. He caulked around my kitchen spash panel. He and his helper were excellent to work with and because they did corrected my problem, I did not have a need to talk with others."

On this particular deck we used Timbertech's "Earthwood" decking boards. Using a hidden fastener system, we were able to maintain the flawless quality of the decking. With the exeption of the flared steps and the lower deck near the hot tub, most of the deck was pre-existing. The homeowner also chose to use khaki-colored railings as opposed to the "normal" white. A very nice product from Timbertech!

This composite deck with vinyl rails was built over a swale. This meant we had to install a culvert pipe under the deck to ensure that the water being diverted by the swale was not hindered and able to continue. This is very important and most contractors would just build the deck without regard for other aspects of the yard in the design. This is also a Home I built while a Construction Manager with Toll Brothers
